This is the engine for EVERYTHING I do online.
Kajabi hosts my website (yup, what you're looking at right now). It hosts my blog, my public podcast, my private podcast (Life Feast members only). It runs my newsletter and my mailing list of over 12,000 people.
KAJABI HOSTS ALL OF MY ONLINE CREATIVITY COURSES.
It runs my private community for my Life Feast members. It can host my Zoom calls (no need for Zoom if you have Kajabi). Kajabi runs all of my payments, my shopping cart, it integrates beautifully with my online payment processor. It seamlessly sells my courses AND my Art of Life Creativity retreats to Italy, Morocco, Greece...
It is a POWERHOUSE and I love all that it does for my business.

HoneyBook
I use HoneyBook to manage my client calendar along with my contracts for coaching clients, payment plans, questionnaires, prework, time and session tracker.

Notion
Notion is my second brain. Notion is how I manage multiple businesses, a billion ideas, several team members, deadlines, all of our retreat itineraries, who signed up for a massage or a boat ride or a camel ride on a retreat, when their flight arrives, projects, tasks, to do lists, goals, health habits, my kids' college details, my podcast ideas and notes, and even my astrology chart!
I'm not kidding - EVERYTHING is in Notion for me.
I used to have all of this in 2700 volumes of notebooks (from Bando, I love their notebooks). But my ideas just ended up in the looseleaf graveyard of too.much.paper. Or I'd put them all in Apple Notes and then they'd just get lost in the digital dustbin of my life. I felt overwhelmed rather than inspired by my business. Until I put everything (and I mean everything in Notion): Try Notion
Notion houses it ALL. It is my second brain (it's possibly even better than my first brain!).
I used a free account for a long time, but recently upgraded to a paid one (LOVE). But you can definitely get massive organizational benefits from just the free version.
