This is about transcending the to-do list, the stress, the sh*t that keeps you up at night to DREAM BIG, re-connect to you and find these sacred soul messages in your daily life.
Monica is a modern day mystic and creative who teaches soul-based learning in a practical and joyful way.
Her unique approach helps people let go of blocks and challenges to truly shine, and connect in with their own profound spiritual insights. She has studied everything from reiki, sound healing, art therapy, numerology, dreaming, shamanism and more.
She’s a certified Active Dreaming teacher with extensive training from internationally renowned dream author, Robert Moss. She has been actively working with dreams as a tool of transformation for the past 18 years.
She went through several years of stress and burnout before she realized that she was misinterpreting the messages of everyday life that were trying to guide her to a more fulfilling way of life.
